my art gallery & tattoo work
Hi my name is Joey and welcome to my art portfolio/gallery. I designed this site from scratch with the goal of sharing my artwork and technical ideas. I know html, xml, flash scripting, some database stuff, css...etc. Basically just saying that I'm also a techie as well as an artist. But who seriously who cares? How's that for a "welcome"? I'm not one for correct grammar....just keep that in mind when reading anything here on my site.
Every piece of artwork has a small story associated with each one. I wish I could put a note with every piece of art I've drawn or tattoo I've inked but there wouldnt be enough room because I would have a lot to say especially I tend to over explain stuff, especially when it comes to my art work. I dont have every tattoo I've completed or in work on here if I didnt feel it met some kind of criteria associated with something that I feel reflects a small part of me. Confused? Tattooing is an intimate art form and I feel a connection with every tattoo and drawing I do.
Also keep in mind I have hidden pages here on my site. They are hidden key words. The only way to access them is to know how to enter the hidden page. No hints...just something for the l337 to find. So go and TICKLE yourself and see what you find. ;)
Ok, now back to the nature of this site....my art work. I have heard many times people say "I cant draw for the life of me". Well I believe everyone can draw. They just have tap into that part of their brain....I think lol. My advice is to start with basic shapes. The try adding something to them, whether it's shading or coloring a certain way. Please feel free to take a look at my work in my art gallery and my tattoo gallery. All work was done by me. Tattooing and drawing and computer graphics are all part of my passion. So hopefully I made sense and if I didnt then try another website and I'm sure I mispelled some words or my sentences seem to run on and on....he he he.
